Eckert & Ziegler （原美國Bioscan公司）新推出的Flow-Count PRO型 HPLC在線放射性檢測器也稱為：Flow-Count PRO型HPLC液相在線γ計數(shù)儀（Flow-Count PRO Radio-HPLC Detector System）、Flow-Count PRO型放射性HPLC在線檢測器、Flow-Count PRO型放射性HPLC流量檢測儀、Flow-Count PRO型PET代謝物放射性HPLC流量檢測儀、Flow-Count PRO型放射性HPLC藥物純度分析檢測系統(tǒng)、Flow-Count PRO型液體樣品HPLC放射性檢測、Flow-Count PRO型放射性高效液相色譜儀。

兩種操作模式

FlowCountPRO型 HPLC在線放射性檢測器是一種靈活的系統(tǒng)，可用于廣泛放射性核素的放射性同位素檢測，例如使用HPLC。它可以作為獨立設備或與PC結合使用。

獨立操作

連接到檢測器的FlowCountPRO可與任何可用的HPLC系統(tǒng)結合用于實時活性測量。

集成的觸摸屏顯示器允許輕松調(diào)整參數(shù)和快速監(jiān)控探頭。

兩個獨立的通道使FlowCount-PRO能夠同時監(jiān)控兩個獨立探測器。

符合GMP的PC操作（選配）

探測器、鉛屏蔽器和流動池

有多種可互換的探測器、支架和流動池，為系統(tǒng)提供了測量各種同位素和放射性的靈活性。

FlowCountPRO可連接到專門配置的光電倍增管和/或PIN二極管探測器，以檢測高和低活動水平的γ、高能正電子和β發(fā)射器。通過完全可變的能量窗口設置減少背景干擾。微型探測器（二極管和模擬）可以安裝在小的位置，并且可以在距離基本單元12英尺的地方工作，使屏蔽更容易。

B-FC-3100低能γ探頭：能量探測范圍：10-60KeV gamma，標準本底輻射： 200-300cpm， d detector is a low energy gamma (10 – 60 keV) detector used primarily for 125I. 適用于125I檢測；

B-FC-3200 高能γ探頭：能量探測范圍：>60KeV gamma，標準本底輻射： 1500-2000 cpm，適用于锝-99m、碘-131測量；

B-FC-3600高低能β探頭：能量探測范圍： >30KeV gamma and beta，適用于F-18、C-11等正電子核數(shù)及32P, 90Y high energy beta

Type
FC-3100	NaI/PMT d detector is a low energy gamma (10 – 60 keV) detector used primarily for 125I
FC-3200	NaI/PMT d detector is a high energy gamma (60 - 1500 keV) detector used in most nuclear medicine applications
FC-3300	NaI/PMT d detector is a wide range gamma detector with built-in lead shielding to reduce background. It uses a well configuration which gives 4 pi counting geometry (> 20 keV)
FC-3400	PIN Diode detector is compact and easy to shield. It has a high count rate capability and low sensitivity to provide a linear range from 10 μCi to 1 Ci for most gamma emitters (>25 keV)
FC-3500	PIN Diode detector is compact and easy to shield. It uses a CsI crystal to provide greater sensitivity for gamma. With the shielding FC- 5260, the FC-3500 is recommended for quality control of high activity 18F labeled com-pounds (> 100 keV)
FC-3600	Plastic Scintillator/PMT d detector is ideal for the detection of high energy beta and positron emitters such as 32P, 90Y, 18F, 11C, 13N (> 30 keV)
ADII	CsI d detector for high energy gamma (> 100 keV) radiation, separate use or integrated into the Modular-Lab HPLC System
