1.概況與原理Overview and principle
DZS-300F/450F制動(dòng)器(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)制動(dòng)器)是在電源切斷或電路故障后通過(guò)彈簧施加壓力,通過(guò)摩擦而達(dá)到制動(dòng)作用,為一種電磁安全制動(dòng)器。

制動(dòng)原理:制動(dòng)器斷電時(shí),推力彈簧(3)壓緊銜鐵(7),制動(dòng)盤(pán)(9)被夾緊在銜鐵(7)和安裝聯(lián)結(jié)座(10)之間,制動(dòng)扭矩通過(guò)制動(dòng)盤(pán)的齒圈(9)和齒輪套(8)傳遞到傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中。

3.裝配條件Assembly condition
1)電機(jī)軸相對(duì)于安裝孔節(jié)距圓的偏心不能過(guò)0.2mm。

2)安裝面與電機(jī)軸的跳動(dòng)公差不能過(guò)0.08mm。

3)齒輪套(6)和軸配合選擇要避免齒輪套(6)變形,齒輪會(huì)導(dǎo)致制動(dòng)盤(pán)(3)卡在齒輪套(6)上,由此導(dǎo)致制動(dòng)故障。

4.安裝Installation
1)將齒輪套(8)安裝到電機(jī)軸上,配平鍵,并軸向固定。

2)將安裝螺栓(2)用鎖緊螺母(1)固定在安裝聯(lián)結(jié)座(10)上,暫不鎖緊。

3)將安裝聯(lián)結(jié)座(10)通過(guò)螺釘(11)安裝固定在電機(jī)蓋上,鎖緊牢固。

4)將制動(dòng)盤(pán)(9)裝配到齒輪套(8)上,并能軸向自由滑動(dòng)。

5)磁軛組件(6)、銜鐵(7)、推力彈簧(3)已通過(guò)釋放螺釘(12)(共3只)組裝成一整體,不需拆卸。

6)在上述5)整體組件套裝在安裝螺栓(2)上,旋入鎖緊螺母(5),暫不鎖緊,將鎖緊螺母(1)鎖緊。

5.氣隙的調(diào)整Air-gap adjustment |
1)氣隙是通過(guò)鎖緊螺母(5)來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)的,旋緊(順時(shí)針)時(shí)氣隙漸小,反之氣隙漸大。

2)將螺母(4)順時(shí)針旋到氣隙調(diào)整不干涉的位置。

3)制動(dòng)器安裝氣隙為0.8mm,旋動(dòng)鎖緊螺母(5)將6個(gè)0.8mm的塞尺或厚度為0.8mm未變形的金屬片夾緊在磁軛組件(6)和銜鐵(7)之間,塞尺的位置盡量靠近安裝螺栓(2),微微松開(kāi)鎖緊螺母(5),以正好抽出塞尺止(盡量少松)。

4)反時(shí)針鎖緊雙螺母(4),可靠固定磁軛組件(6)位置。

5)用0.8mm塞尺測(cè)量制動(dòng)器氣隙,當(dāng)氣隙不均勻時(shí)需重新調(diào)整,按上述第3)方法在相應(yīng)氣隙不正確的安裝螺栓(共6個(gè))處逐個(gè)調(diào)整,直到達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值為止。
