  DZS-300F/450F brake installation and maintenance guide  

1．概況與原理Overview and principle

DZS-300F/450F制動(dòng)器(簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)制動(dòng)器)是在電源切斷或電路故障后通過(guò)彈簧施加壓力，通過(guò)摩擦而達(dá)到制動(dòng)作用，為一種電磁安全制動(dòng)器。

DZS-300F/450F brake (the brake) is a power cut or circuit fault by spring pressure to achieve the braking effect by friction, as a kind of electromagnetic safety brake.

制動(dòng)原理：制動(dòng)器斷電時(shí)，推力彈簧(3)壓緊銜鐵(7)，制動(dòng)盤(pán)(9)被夾緊在銜鐵(7)和安裝聯(lián)結(jié)座(10)之間，制動(dòng)扭矩通過(guò)制動(dòng)盤(pán)的齒圈(9)和齒輪套(8)傳遞到傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中。

2．主要參數(shù)The main parameters

   1)額定扭矩：300N.m/450N.m   Rated torque: 300N.m/450N.m

   2)額定電壓：DC20V、170V  Rated  voltage: DC20V, 170V

   3)安裝氣隙：0.8mm    Installation of air-gap: 0.8mm

   4)大氣隙：1.5mm    Maximum air gap: 1.5mm

5)大轉(zhuǎn)速：1500rpm  Maximum Speed: 1500rpm

 

3．裝配條件Assembly condition

  1)電機(jī)軸相對(duì)于安裝孔節(jié)距圓的偏心不能過(guò)0.2mm。

     Motor shaft relative to the eccentric mounting hole pitch circle can not exceed 0.2mm.

  2)安裝面與電機(jī)軸的跳動(dòng)公差不能過(guò)0.08mm。

     Installation of a beating with the motor shaft tolerances can not exceed 0.08mm.

3)齒輪套(6)和軸配合選擇要避免齒輪套(6)變形，齒輪會(huì)導(dǎo)致制動(dòng)盤(pán)(3)卡在齒輪套(6)上，由此導(dǎo)致制動(dòng)故障。

   Gear sets (6) and shaft with the gear selection set to avoid (6) deformation, gear will lead to brake disc (3) card in the gear sets (6) on the resulting brake failure.  

4)制動(dòng)盤(pán)(9)和制動(dòng)面一定不能有油或脂。

Brake disc (9) and the braking surface must not have oil or grease.

  5)不允許任何增加摩擦系數(shù)的表面處理。

Does not allow any increase in the friction coefficient of surface treatment.

 

4．安裝Installation

  1)將齒輪套(8)安裝到電機(jī)軸上，配平鍵，并軸向固定。

Gear sets (8) installed on motor shaft with flat key, and axial fixation.

  2)將安裝螺栓(2)用鎖緊螺母(1)固定在安裝聯(lián)結(jié)座(10)上，暫不鎖緊。

         Will install the bolt (2) with locking nuts (1) fixed s in the installation of seat (10), the temporarily locked.

3)將安裝聯(lián)結(jié)座(10)通過(guò)螺釘(11)安裝固定在電機(jī)蓋上，鎖緊牢固。

         Will install the connection seat (10) through screws (11) fixed in the motor cover, locking securely.

4)將制動(dòng)盤(pán)(9)裝配到齒輪套(8)上，并能軸向自由滑動(dòng)。

     The brake disc (9) fitted to the spline sleeve (8) on and can slide axially freely.

5)磁軛組件(6)、銜鐵(7)、推力彈簧(3)已通過(guò)釋放螺釘(12)(共3只)組裝成一整體，不需拆卸。

Yoke component (6), armature (7), thrust springs (3) has passed the release screw (12) (Total 3) assembled into a whole without disassembly.

6)在上述5)整體組件套裝在安裝螺栓(2)上，旋入鎖緊螺母(5)，暫不鎖緊，將鎖緊螺母(1)鎖緊。

  1)氣隙是通過(guò)鎖緊螺母(5)來(lái)調(diào)節(jié)的，旋緊(順時(shí)針)時(shí)氣隙漸小，反之氣隙漸大。

  2)將螺母(4)順時(shí)針旋到氣隙調(diào)整不干涉的位置。

     The nut (4) clockwise rotation to the air-gap adjustment of non-interference position. 

3)制動(dòng)器安裝氣隙為0.8mm，旋動(dòng)鎖緊螺母(5)將6個(gè)0.8mm的塞尺或厚度為0.8mm未變形的金屬片夾緊在磁軛組件(6)和銜鐵(7)之間，塞尺的位置盡量靠近安裝螺栓(2)，微微松開(kāi)鎖緊螺母(5)，以正好抽出塞尺止(盡量少松)。

Brake install air gap 0.8mm, rotating locking nut (5) 6 0.8mm of thickness 0.8mm feeler or no deformation of sheet l clamp components in the magnetic yoke (6) and armature (7, ) between the feeler position as close as possible to install bolts (2), slightly loosen the lock nut (5), to just stop taking the feeler (loose as little as possible).

  4)反時(shí)針鎖緊雙螺母(4)，可靠固定磁軛組件(6)位置。

        Double-locking nut counterclockwise (4), reliable components fixed magnetic yoke (6) position.

  5)用0.8mm塞尺測(cè)量制動(dòng)器氣隙，當(dāng)氣隙不均勻時(shí)需重新調(diào)整，按上述第3)方法在相應(yīng)氣隙不正確的安裝螺栓(共6個(gè))處逐個(gè)調(diào)整，直到達(dá)到標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值為止。

6．維護(hù)：須在無(wú)負(fù)載狀態(tài)下進(jìn)行。

    1)制動(dòng)盤(pán)(9)是制動(dòng)器的重要部件，堅(jiān)固且耐磨，這保證了制動(dòng)器很長(zhǎng)的使用壽命。當(dāng)然在工作的過(guò)程中會(huì)磨損，制動(dòng)器的工作間隙隨之增大，當(dāng)過(guò)大氣隙時(shí)，須對(duì)其氣隙進(jìn)行重新調(diào)整達(dá)到安裝氣隙(按第5條內(nèi)容調(diào)整)。

    2)當(dāng)制動(dòng)盤(pán)(9)磨損嚴(yán)重?zé)o法調(diào)整氣隙或損壞就需更換，將制動(dòng)器零配件拆卸至可取下制動(dòng)盤(pán)(9)止，清潔各部件的污垢，檢查摩擦面是否平行、平整，若有異常需進(jìn)行修復(fù)或更換部件。

更換新的制動(dòng)盤(pán)，按第4條中4)～7)重新安裝制動(dòng)器，并按第5條調(diào)整氣隙。
